Da Nang Airport has two separate building structures for passengers Terminals

1). Domestic Terminal (Terminal 1 or T1), and

2). International Terminal ( Terminal 2 or T2)

Domestic Terminal (T1) at Da Nang Aiport

Da Nang Airport Domestic Terminal T1 is a modern three-story building.

Ticketing, Check-in counters, and Departures are at the 2nd level.

The Middle level or 1st level is for connection to arrival ground floor.

Arriving domestic passengers follow the Baggage Claim signs after disembarking the plane.

International Terminal (T2) at Da Nang Aiport

Da Nang Airport International Terminal T2 is a modern Four-story building.

The top floor or 2nd level is for Ticketing, Check-in counters, and Departures concourse.

The mezzanine level is for the lounges and office area at DAD Airport.

1st level or floor is for Gates and Gate Lounge.

The ground floor is for Arriving passengers Immigration, baggage claim, and Customs.

 

Arriving International passengers follow Immigration signs after disembarking the plane.

Take escalators to the ground floor to Immigration counters or Visa and Arrival counters.

If you have a valid Vietnam Visa already stamped in your passport, then go directly to the Immigration counter.

If you have Visa approval on printed paper or looking for Visa on arrival, then go to the Visa on Arrival counters located on the left-hand side in the Immigration area before Immigration counters.

 Get your visa stamped on your passport by filling up the form and paying the visa stamping fee in cash (US$ 25) at this DAD Airport counter.

Once you clear Immigration, pickup you checked bags from baggage claim and clear the customs.

Just outside of Custom exit doors at this Da Nang Airport, at ground level, is the Arrival lobby with counters for Money exchange, Taxi counters, Private cars counters, and Mobile SIM cards.

Many counters sell taxi or private car drop-off, money exchange, and phone SIM altogether and provide a good deal.

If you don’t have any local Vietnamese currency VND (Dong), then we recommend changing some money here as Vietnam is still a cash country.
