Recommendation

Tips for visiting Animal Kingdom in Disney Orlando -

• Take a Pic/Photo of your Parking Lane name and number if you park a car at Animal Kingdom to avoid frantic search at the end of the day as the parking lot is huge with 12,000 parking spots, and it is very common to forget the location after a long day inside Animal Kingdom Park at Disney.

• It rains in the afternoon in Orlando, so pack a reusable rain Pancho.

• Bring a plastic refillable Water bottle, so save money on buying a new bottle each time. You can refill water and ice at filling stations or any of the restaurants for free...just ask the server.

• Bring snacks like fruit, nuts, and chips to save money at Animal Kingdom Theme parks in Disney Orlando.

• Download MyDisney Experience App on your mobile phone and link it to your Disney Theme Parks (Ticket) Entrance Card or Magic Wrist band (only need one account and you can enter/link each person in your party to that one account), then immediately signup for FastPass for popular rides or shows at Animal Kingdom. You will get 3 FastPass per day per park for each registered person on the MyDisney Experience App. If you pick-up your ticket (Entrance Card or Magic band) in advance, then you can book Fastpass 3 days in advance.

• Pickup an Animal Kingdom Park map at the Entrance (or online) to plan and make the most out of your day trip at this Disney park in Disney Orlando. While booking Fastpass for a ride or shows, keep in mind where you will be at that time of the day in the park.

• Animal Kingdom has single rider lines, which have a shorter wait time and move faster than standby lines, and dosen't need a fast pass. Save time by riding a single rider line if you don't mind sitting next to strangers and save on FastPass for other rides.

• Visit all the attractions, shows, and rides in one area first and then move to the next rather than going back and forth to save on extra walking.

• All outside rides/attractions are closed during thunderstorms or impeding storms at Animal Kingdom, generally in the afternoon, so check the weather and plan ahead to avoid missing attractions.

• If you are planning to go Jedi training, then make a reservation as usually it very busy and booked at Animal Kingdom.
